Transfer your data from the old Renal Care app

How to transfer your data

  1. 1Open the old Renal Care app and go to your dashboard.
  2. 2Tap "Export All My Data" and save or copy the JSON file.
  3. 3Come back here, choose the file or paste the JSON text below, then tap Import.
Good to know: Your data is imported directly into your account — only you can see it. If you already have some records in this app, the import will add to them (it won't overwrite or duplicate existing entries).

Upload Your Export File

On the old app, tap Export All My Data, then copy the JSON text. Paste it into the box below — this bypasses the file picker entirely.

🆕 Clinical Profile — New Feature

You can now link your clinician so they can view your health data directly in the app. Benefits include:

  • Your clinician can review your dialysis, blood results & medications anytime
  • Spot trends between clinic visits, not just on the day
  • Leads to more informed, personalised care
  • You control who has access via Manage Clinician Links
